I think I will download CentOS and Live up and accomplish the repartitioning. The machine I will install on just failed to start so I took the case off, shook it around some, blew on it, tightened cables, and then it booted, except I dropped the mouse on the floor and the mouse is acting very strange so it's time for a new mouse. I'm NOT worried that I will mess up Windows. I think it will go fine. I might back up Windows first. Then perhaps it can jump to that once I set the boot flag in Gparted. I have NOT yet set the boot flag. Any one agree with this method? It should work as long as I set the boot flag. And is it perhaps that I did not set some flag on that partition - such as the boot flag?
